When can I expect my order?
Item(s) will be dispatched within 3–5 working days.
These time frames exclude shipping timings which will depend on which option you select at check out.
I always aim to get your order made and sent as quickly as possible, however Tilly & Thread is currently run part-time alongside family life with two little ones — thank you so much for your patience and support.
What are my shipping options?
Shipping is currently UK only. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, with Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 options available at checkout. Your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email so you can follow your order.
Do you offer returns?
I hope you don’t need to return anything! However, returns are accepted within 14 days. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us at hello@tillyandthread.com to arrange a refund.
Please note: personalised items are non-refundable.
